Tuition and Financial Support
At The Now Academy, we believe a values-based education should be accessible to families who are committed to their child’s growth and leadership development.
To support families, we offer several opportunities to make tuition more manageable.
• Limited Scholarships Available
Financial assistance may be available for qualifying families. Scholarship applications must be submitted within two weeks of enrollment.
• Referral Tuition Credit
Families who refer another student that enrolls will receive a $500 tuition credit as a thank-you for helping grow our community.
• Early Application Advantage
Families who apply before December 1 receive priority admissions review and early access to available financial aid opportunities.
Requirements
To ensure strong alignment and a healthy learning environment, families should meet the following criteria:
• Age Requirement
Children must be 5 years old by January of the enrollment year.
• Shared Values
Families should align with The Now Academy’s core values of respect, integrity, honesty, service, and leadership.
• Commitment to Cohort Integrity
Students who withdraw may not re-enter the same cohort later. This protects the consistency of the classroom community.
• Community Participation
Families participate in key academy events such as Leadership Circles, Project Showcases, Cultural Days, and our annual Winter Festival.

Hybrid Campus Program
Our Hybrid Campus Program combines in-person instruction, leadership development, project-based learning, and guided digital learning in a structured environment designed to help students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Students participate in collaborative classroom experiences while also developing independence, responsibility, and strong study habits through structured online learning components.
This model allows students to benefit from the energy of an in-person learning community while preparing them for the realities of modern education and leadership.

Bi-Annual: $9,200

Flexible payment plans are available to support families throughout the school year.
Individual Learning Accommodations
In certain situations, The Now Academy may work with families to create short-term learning accommodations when unique circumstances arise.
These arrangements are reviewed case-by-case and month-by-month to ensure students remain aligned with the academic expectations, leadership development, and culture of the Academy.

1. Do you accept students in grades above Kindergarten?
We admit Kindergarten students only each year and grow forward with that class.
This allows us to build strong learning communities and develop students together year after year.
2. Can my child rejoin after leaving The Now Academy?
To preserve the integrity of each student cohort, withdrawn students are not re-admitted.
This helps maintain continuity in relationships, learning progress, and community culture.
3. What if I can’t afford the Hybrid program?
The Now Academy understands that families may experience financial challenges at different times. In certain situations, we may work with families to explore short-term learning accommodations that allow students to remain connected to the Academy while maintaining progress with their cohort.

4. Can families switch tracks?
The Now Academy primarily operates through its Hybrid Campus Program, which provides the full academic and leadership development experience.
In unique situations, the Academy may offer temporary flexibility for families who need short-term adjustments due to life circumstances. These accommodations are evaluated individually and reviewed regularly to ensure students remain connected to their cohort and prepared to return fully to the Hybrid program.
5. What is the application fee?
The application fee is $75 and is non-refundable.
This fee helps support the review process for new applicants.
